In short terms it's a type of "net" where you put stuff and the people who are on your "cloud" can access it. ex: The iCloud is a cloud where you download stuff off the iTunes/app store and people on your cloud can download it for free!
More complicated ways(But still pretty simple):
Cloud computing lets you keep info on a server (the cloud), instead of inside a computer. You can access your data from a phone, a tablet, or a computer wherever you have an Internet connection. Some cloud services let you share files, ex: your babysitter will always have a list of your medication. It’s also an easy way to transfer large files, like a video of your kid’s flute solo.
Some clouds are:
1.Dropbox (A more popular option)(dropbox.com)
2.Box (Dropbox but with more free storage and more expensive)(box.com)
3.Google drive(It holds onto deleted files for 30 days so you don't have to worry about deleting files by accident)(drive.google.com)
4.iCloud(Apples version of the cloud)(apple.com/icloud)
